Thresholds Green

I made this series of ambient films during the first COVID-19 quarantine in Berlin in May 2020.

As a little walk alone at the park became the greatest activity of my daily life, these ordinary green woods appeared to be astonishingly outstanding subjects for contemplating the impermanence of our society, or just the incrediblly desolated personal life.

While editing the footage alone at home, I thought I would want to remember this strangely isolated feeling and how our world could radically be altered by a single factor.
